About The Role:
This Procurement Manager role provides Contract Management advice on building maintenance services arranged under an outsourced facility management contract. This involves assessing tender documentation and signing off on evaluation reports, undertaking quarterly reviews to ensure all contemporary Contract Management issues are captured and addressed, chairing quarterly Contract Management meetings between the contractor and agencies, and undertaking monthly analysis of work order volumes and values.
The position will provide support and advice for all types of procurement, consult with government agencies, industry, and the community, and maintain positive and effective stakeholder relationships. This position also works closely with internal and external stakeholders to promote compliance with the Department of Finance’s standards, processes, and procedures.

You will have experience in managing contracts to achieve quality outcomes and exemplify Finance’s Values in all interactions.
