Job description
The core capability requirements for this role are:
* Manage routine procurement projects in collaboration with key stakeholders, ensuring that risk, probity, and transparency requirements are addressed
* Administer routine contracts in collaboration with Contract Managers in accordance with the principles of the Queensland Government Contract Management Framework.
* Develop and maintain positive and constructive relationships with internal clients, vendors, and staff to ensure procurement services are responsive to current and future needs.
* Conduct operations within SAP Master Data, Vendor Maintenance, creation of the purchase order creation/amendment process (POCA) and general SAP duties as required.
* Actively participate in an effective and professional procurement team.
* Assist the procurement team by undertaking additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor/Manager and or Director.

Qualification:
* Highly desirable Queensland Government Level 1 Procurement Certification or equivalent
Technical/ Operational/ Educational experience:
* Experience in SAP. Knowledge of or ability to obtain Supply Chain Methodology
