- Assist in the day-to-day administration tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the product department.
- Coordinate product concept creation and development, working closely with in-house designers and creative agencies.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align product strategies with marketing campaigns.
- Monitor sales trends, analyze product life cycles, and provide valuable insights for decision-making.
- Conduct market research and assist in creating mood boards for product development.
- Assist in initiating project briefs and managing project timelines.
- Collaborate on the redevelopment of the Tasmanian plates website, focusing on user experience and pricing strategies.
- Contribute to a CRM project aimed at enhancing customer interactions and product offerings.
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables and data analysis.
- Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively.
- Experience in product administration or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with various teams and stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow within the role.
- Prior experience with BA (Business Analysis) tasks is a plus.
- Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is advantageous.
- Hybrid work model, with Mondays and Fridays designated for remote work.
- Occasional travel required, approximately 3-4 times a year to locations such as Tasmania or Brisbane.
- This is not an Executive Assistant role; however, some administrative support may be required.
$85,000 - $90,000 per annum, plus superannuationCareer Growth Path:
