About the Role:
As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of our office, reporting directly to our Office Manager. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with school staff, suppliers, and handling customer inquiries.
- Accurate data collection, processing, and meticulous maintenance of databases.
- Efficiently preparing and monitoring incoming orders, images, and relevant documents to meet deadlines.
- Coordinating and managing multiple calendars simultaneously.
- Responsible for cash handling.
- Conducting quality checks on images and products to maintain our high standards.
- Meeting and exceeding frequent Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Undertaking ad-hoc tasks as needed.
Your prior experience in a similar role or industry will demonstrate your systematic and organised approach, complemented by your exceptional customer service skills. Time management, prioritisation, and unwavering attention to detail are critical in this role, as you are instrumental in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of our services. The ability to quickly adapt to new systems and processes is a must.
