Qualifications & experience
- A great attitude!

- Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role would tick some boxes.
- A certificate 3 or 4 in an accredited Business Admin and/or Customer Service course viewed favorably, but not essential.
- Good skills in accounting/ERP systems is desirable.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
Tasks & responsibilities
- Reception of incoming calls and site visitors.
- Professional operation of phone system.
- Customer Support.
- Support of sales and operations staff.
- Schedule and Plan meetings and appointments.
- Entering of sales orders and invoicing.
