Qualifications & experience

  • A great attitude!
  • Contributing to a positive team and family spirit!
  • Previous experience in an administrative or customer service role would tick some boxes.
  • A certificate 3 or 4 in an accredited Business Admin and/or Customer Service course viewed favorably, but not essential.
  • Good skills in accounting/ERP systems is desirable.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Reception of incoming calls and site visitors.
  • Professional operation of phone system.
  • Customer Support.
  • Support of sales and operations staff.
  • Schedule and Plan meetings and appointments.
  • Entering of sales orders and invoicing.
