As Product Manager you will be responsible for both new Product Development strategy and full product lifecycle management. This role will involve defining new software and hardware products and solutions from emerging market trends, customer research, internal feedback, and ideas as well as the competitive landscape.

You will work closely with your fellow Product Development Managers, Sales department, Supply Chain, Finance, and other organisational functional leads.

The Product Domain requires specialist knowledge of advanced WiFi, L2 switching and other digital wireless networking protocols adapted for use in underground mining applications. Topics including power management, range enhancement and comprehensive solutions support.

Your product lifecycle planning will support both the introduction of new products and meeting the needs of customers who rely on the company’s solutions for the safe and productive operation of their mines.

You will work closely with other departments during all phases of innovation and project lifecycle whilst maintaining responsibility for the delivery of commercially attractive and profitable products and solutions.

This is an opportunity to apply your well-developed product management skills to research and development the product strategy and roadmap, develop POCs and commission the design of new software and hardware products and take them from initial conception to fully manufactured product.

You will have a recognised Product Management qualification. Demonstrated achievement in delivery of software and hardware products through all the phases of concept and development is essential.
