Overview
This role is responsible for driving the innovation and development of the organisation's products and services. He/She assesses the industry landscape, reviews existing products and services, and prospects for new learning offerings.
The successful incumbent will take ownership of their function, they will work with SVP APAC in prompting to drive productivity, change and outcome. They will have full autonomy to deliver upon their responsibilities but will be provided with leadership, guidance, development and support. This role reports to the Senior Vice President, of APAC AMI where both roles will work in close collaboration to perform solid P&BD support for the business.
Key Tasks (Include but not limited):
- Complete full working description / SOP for current C2S AU staff in preparation for COE migration.
- Vendor management, including procurement, QBR and performance management of
- C2S service providers in APAC.
- In cooperation with Head Office IT, manage white label projects for suitable C2S customers in APAC.
- Assist sales team with high volume targets as an SME for C2S in APAC
- Manage and drive the success on the launch of the C2S program in New Zealand and Hong Kong.
Main accountabilities include but not limited:
- Cultivating a detailed understanding of a business’ products and value proposition, local and international industry trends.
- Reporting to senior management on business strengths and areas of improvement.
- Drafting growth strategies in consultation with senior management.
- Cultivating relationships with stakeholders in relevant industries and markets, and with existing customers/vendors.
- Collaborating with sales and design teams to ensure Business Development strategies are executed.

- The ability to research and analyse products, services, markets, and industries.
- Superior communication skills, including empathetic listening, effective questioning.
- The ability to present technical and non-technical information to a range of different audiences.
- Ability to design and implement Business Development strategies, build and maintain a brand.
- Stakeholder and client management skills, including the ability to negotiate, manage expectations and resolve conflicts.
