Report to the Production Engineering Lead at Benalla, VIC – relocation assistance on offer if required. What Success Looks Like:You will excel in innovating and improving products and processes, ensuring safety and efficiency. Any development requires testing and analysis where your adherence to high engineering and safety standards significantly contributes to project success and operational excellence.

Key Activities and Responsibilities include:Dive into hands-on test, inspection, and analysis activities and play a crucial role in industrialisation initiatives. Develop and manage comprehensive data packs. Drive continuous improvement projects.

Adhere to the highest standards of engineering governance, quality, technical precision, and uncompromised health, safety, and environmental practices. From day one, you will need:A tertiary qualification in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, etc.)Previous experience in working within multi-disciplinary teams.
