We're seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to join our Capabilities Product Management team. Reporting to the SVP, Product Management Capabilities, this role will help drive product innovation and execution of our feature roadmap. The ideal candidate is a creative team player with experience in software product management and a passion for building great user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, customers and our Verticals team to ensure features deliver the right customer value and outcomes
- Translate business objectives into actionable product specifications and requirements
- Work directly within a delivery squad, and ensure the team are working on the most valuable items through a prioritised product backlog
- Support product and design teams to align with the overall product development strategy
- Explore new trends and innovations to make our product world-class
- Work with the Test and Release team to ensure rigorous testing and functional delivery of the product
- Contribute to product development by tracking technology trends and validating product requirements and specifications
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in software product management or working as a product owner or business analyst
- Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for problem-solving
- Strategic thinker and highly analytical
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project leadership skills
- Experience in Agile Technology Team (preferably using Scrum) and modern technology stacks
- Previous experience with APIs
- Experience or familiarity with advertising technology products and/or retail and ecommerce products will be highly regarded
