As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our dynamic team.

The Role:

As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing our product portfolio, ensuring our products meet market demands and maintaining our company’s reputation for technical excellence. You will be the bridge between our manufacturers and our in-house sales and technical teams, ensuring all parties are aligned and informed. This is an opportunity to contribute significantly to our company's success by enhancing product knowledge, driving sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies.
• Liaise with manufacturers to obtain all necessary product information.
• Educate and train the sales and technical teams on product use, benefits, and value propositions.
• Monitor market trends and perform competitive analysis to identify product opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional materials.
• Manage product lifecycle from conception through discontinuation.
• Provide technical and sales support, including product demonstrations and presentations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation to enhance product features, usability, and customer satisfaction. 
• Encourage and incorporate feedback from customers, team members, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a related field (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Health and Safety).
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in scientific or technical equipment.
• Strong technical background with the ability to understand and communicate complex concepts.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proven track record of managing products successfully.
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
