Your Team
Your new role is part of the Managed Accounts Product team in our Superannuation and Investments business unit. The team is responsible for the managed account offers on CFS platforms (CFS Edge and FirstChoice), including strategy, roadmaps and product development.
Your Responsibilities
Working closely with a Senior Product Manager, you will drive and own the delivery of successful managed account outcomes on CFS Edge from inception to implementation.
You will achieve this by:
- Identifying client needs, conducting financial modelling, planning technology and operations requirements, writing Product Disclosure Statements, reviewing Model Manager Agreements and onboarding clients.
- Conducting thorough research to understand industry trends and identify opportunities for product innovation and improvement.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, operations and technology teams to support the development and ongoing management of our managed account offerings.
- Understanding the changing needs of investors, advisers, advice licensees and investment consultants, and integrate this feedback into product development.
- Managing all aspects of product management throughout the product lifecycle.
- Contributing to the end-to-end delivery of ad-hoc strategic projects.
- Assisting the sales team by managing the potential sales pipeline and providing information to any potential clients and investment managers.
- Ensuring full awareness and compliance with all financial regulations.
Your Capability and Experience
- Proven experience in managing/developing wrap, superannuation, funds management and/or financial advice technology products. Specific experience in managed accounts is highly desirable.
- Experience in developing and delivering a business project from conception phase through to delivery.
- Disciplined attitude to work to tight deadlines.
- Demonstrated examples of conducting research and applying strategic frameworks to solve complex business issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and stakeholder management capability.
