Job Description
Lead user growth initiatives by creating and executing product growth strategies informed by client and market insights. Utilize user growth tools and product incentives to enhance new user acquisition and engagement.
Facilitate the development of product content guides and sales pitches customized for clients' segments. Coordinate with the marketing team to deliver these materials and effectively articulate the product value proposition.
Assess market conditions and competitor data in the ANZ region to pinpoint emerging trends. Contribute to the ongoing optimization of incentives and campaigns based on the gathered insights.
Offer insights and spearhead implementation on cross-functional projects. Execute recommendations by gathering business requirements for tech builds, drafting business requirement documents, conducting process mapping and re-engineering, and overseeing project management.
Execute a range of administrative and operational duties to enhance efficiency. These tasks involve preparing materials for senior management, facilitating key management meetings, maintaining initiative timelines, obtaining updates for progress, drafting processes, and validating the implementation of initiatives.
The Successful Applicant
Knowledge of the cross-border payment landscape in ANZ with at least 5-7 years of working experience as a payments Product Manager and/or payments user growth manager in the cross-border business.
Ability to work across organizational boundaries, dealing with ambiguity and setting up internal networks to break down barriers and improve cross-functional collaboration.
Ability to handle and manage a fast-paced schedule, high volume of work, produce associated deliverables within short deadlines and work within a complex governance structure.
Ability to independently drive market & client research and drive the end-to-end development of business requirement documents.
Proficient in data analytical skills with the ability to convert data into business insights and actions.
