This Product Specialist role is responsible for the design and delivery of product development for Junior Adventures Group (JAG). Reporting to the Group Product Manager, you will have the opportunity to review existing and develop new product offerings to redefine and reshape the delivery of morning, afternoon, wrap-around, and holiday programs across all markets.
Focusing on the needs of our customers (children, families, and schools), you will create a scalable and high-quality offering that maximizes organic growth with new schools and attendance growth.
About the role
Responsible for embedding and evolving of new JAG products and utilizing a best practice approach to product design and individual market delivery, the role will include:
- Discovery, innovation, and ideas generation
- Prototype creation and market testing
- Clearly defined success metrics
- Go to market plan; launch for scale
- Product life-cycle methodology and process that will enable quick adaptation to evolving markets as required
Collaborating with all functions across JAG and, where appropriate, using agile methodology, product delivery will be enhanced by a robust communication and marketing plan to ensure all team members will be able to clearly articulate our programming and point of difference. This role will also develop and continue to nurture key strategic external partnerships.

Who are we looking for?
We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:
- Proven experience in developing and bringing to market successful and innovative products and/or services, preferably product as a service
- Customer experience design
- Effective relationship management across key stakeholder groups
- Understand the importance of and can work to project deadlines and schedules
- Desirable: sound knowledge of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place, applicable regulatory requirements, and children's development and play theories
