All while organising, prioritising and assessing our scrum team's work. To be successful in this role, you should be able to identify user needs and work with cross-functional teams to manage product releases.What your day to day will look like..
- Work with Product and Engineering Managers to prioritise initiatives and deliverables for ELMO applications, transition to Target State Architecture and Infrastructure
- Utilisation of customer-centric development approaches including qualitative and quantitative analysis to build context, refine requirements, and measure product outcomes
- Identify/manage impediments, risks & issues. Take appropriate action to resolve or escalate. Perform defect triage and early diagnosis
- Support and contribute to a collaborative Scrum environment including values of courage, focus, commitment, respect, and openness
- Write high quality user stories and descriptions, including clear acceptance criteria
- Assist with Backlog Refinement. Contribute to deliverables splitting, merging and removal
- Facilitate estimation sessions with Developers and Tech Leads
- Ensure compliance with Information Security and privacy policies and procedures
- Support of releases including cross business execution, training and communications.
Desired Skills and ExperienceYou'll bring:
- Preferable experience having performed as a Technical Product Owner in an Agile environment with proven delivery experience
- Preferable experience working with API's / integration technology, with knowledge of Payroll and/or HR technologies
- Analytic mindset, accuracy, attention to details, and creative problem solving
- Eager, organised, logical, practical, motivated, and curious, with a strong work ethic and coachable.
- Communicate concisely and effectively with a wide range of departments (Client Services, Sales, Finance, and Marketing) and other teams located across Australia and New Zealand.
