A rare opportunity has opened to join our existing Administration team based in Beenleigh and the successful applicant will be dealing with new and existing clients. Though all training is completed on site, previous experience in client services is preferred.
The role will consist of daily contact with our existing client database, through phone calls and emails. A keen eye for detail is required to the manual inputting of important data. You will be working to timelines and deadlines to ensure all queries or data input is completed in the relevant time frame.
Beneficial but not necessary skills include:
- Confident answering phone calls and responding to email correspondence.
- Experience in accurate and efficient database entry
- Highly organised and efficient, priority orientated, with strong time management skills and the ability to work under pressure
