Ferngrove Pharmaceuticals Australia is a TGA (Therapeutic Goods Administration) licensed Contract Manufacturing facility, specializing in complementary medicines and health food products, all manufactured under strict GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) guidelines. The company is looking for an experienced Production Engineer to join us in our head office on a permanent full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and implement manufacturing processes to optimize efficiency and quality.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues in production, proposing and implementing solutions to enhance performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of production processes.
• Manage production budgets, resources, and inventory to meet cost targets and optimize resource utilization.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for automation projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance to workplace policies according to safety objectives.
• Provide technical support and guidance to production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and lead initiatives to streamline production operations.
• Develop and/or implement departmental reporting as required.
Key requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Min 5 years’ experience in similar role
• Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to work effectively in a team environment.
• English and Mandarin bilingual language skills are essential
