• Ensure compliance with all company occupational health, safety and environment policies and work practices
• Set a housekeeping standard and ensure it is maintained
• Achieve production schedule, by ensuring quality products are produced safely
• Prioritise the requirements of trials in your area in line with business needs
• Responsible to ensure the preventative maintenance schedule is adhered to for their specific area
• Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement projects in your area of responsibility

YOUR EXPERIENCE

• Previous work in a Manufacturing environment
• Experience in a supervisory role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Sound conceptual and analytical skills; root cause analysis and investigation skills.
• Appropriate Technical / Trade qualifications are desirable
• Diploma in Frontline Management (or equivalent leadership training)
