- Ensure compliance with all company occupational health, safety and environment policies and work practices
- Set a housekeeping standard and ensure it is maintained
- Achieve production schedule, by ensuring quality products are produced safely
- Prioritise the requirements of trials in your area in line with business needs
- Responsible to ensure the preventative maintenance schedule is adhered to for their specific area
- Contribute to the development and implementation of improvement projects in your area of responsibility
- Previous work in a Manufacturing environment
- Experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Sound conceptual and analytical skills; root cause analysis and investigation skills.
- Appropriate Technical / Trade qualifications are desirable
- Diploma in Frontline Management (or equivalent leadership training)
