Who we are Offshore Services Australasia (OSA) is the leading supplier of helicopters services to the Australian Offshore industry. We operate multiple helicopter types from several bases throughout Australia and Timor Leste providing support to several major oil and gas producers. About the roleWe are seeking candidates for an experienced Production Planner who will work with the Maintenance Manager and SBE's, and liaising with CAMO/Airworthiness function to conduct planning and execution of current and future maintenance demand. They will be ultimately responsible for assisting the OSA Maintenance Manger in planning and execution of current and future maintenance planning.Key ResponsibilitiesA visible safety champion who will challenge unsafe acts and pursue improvements in safety culture and behaviourA visible leader of all Continuing Airworthiness initiatives in relation to Safety, business KPIs, and people and a relentless advocate of integrityAdhere to Company health, safety, environmental, and equal opportunity / sexual harassment policiesDevelop highly effective and productive relationships with key stakeholders whether they are internal or external (suppliers and customers).Demonstrate commitment and leadership to OHS by participating in meetings, inspections, promotions, and other appropriate activitiesAlways model a positive image of OSA.Skills/Experience: EssentialComprehensive Knowledge of the aircraft's structure and systems, including the propulsion system, to a level that is at least equivalent to Level 1 as set out in Appendix III of the Part 66 MOSComprehensive Knowledge of aircraft maintenance and maintenance planning system, including the use of Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).At least five years' experience in matters for which they are responsible and/orAt least two years' experience in matters for which they are responsible provided they have at least an additional three years' experience in civil aircraft maintenanceMinimum qualification technical qualification that relates to matters for which they are responsible.Knowledge of the regulations, standards and this exposition relating to matters that they are responsibleDesirableTime management and be able to work without supervision.Ability to prioritise and manage a demanding workloadGood communication and administration skills.High attention to detailKnowledge of the aircraft's minimum equipment list (OMEL)Knowledge of the relevant parts of the AMO and AOC holder's manuals that have engineering and continuing airworthiness implications for the aircraft.Knowledge of the aircraft's certification basisAt OSA we believe a diverse workforce makes us stronger.
