Description
- Manage production planning systems and processes
- Execute production schedule utilising agreed resources
- Ensuring production functions are effectively and efficiently maintained
- Leading collaboration with internal stakeholders to ensure delivery in full and on time
Profile
- Strong knowledge of Manufacturing Processes and production requirements
- Proven experience working as a Production Planner/Scheduler in a manufacturing environment within the food or FMCG industries
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability in planning utilising multiple data sets and variables
- Highly organised, with a proven ability to meticulously plan work and establish appropriate priorities to ensure production remains on track
- Excellent planning abilities and experience in working with long production lead times
- Working knowledge of of inventory principles
- Exposure to the practical aspects of project management including techniques and tools
- Thrive on the challenge of meeting and exceeding KPIs, demonstrating a strong ability to confidently deliver results in a dynamic and goal-oriented environment
- Proactive reporting and solution implementation of safety issues
