Role Purpose:

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with suppliers and local manufacturing teams to ensure seamless workflow and timely completion of orders.
- Analyse production capacity, inventory levels, and resource availability to optimize scheduling and minimize lead times.
- Communicate production schedules and priorities to relevant stakeholders, including production teams and management.
- Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or issues, taking proactive measures to address them.
- Maintain accurate production records and documentation, including order status, production reports, and inventory levels.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production scheduling processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Requirements:
- Experience in a Production Scheduling role, preferably within a similar industry is highly regarded.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Experience in freight and logistics handling.
- Analytical skills, including forecasting and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the business.
