Is this the role for you?
As a Production Technician working in the field you will ensure:
- Production Print service meets customer’s expectation.
- Perform Production Print service calls that achieve the service objectives of customer satisfaction and nationally set service KPI’s.
- Discuss all problems and machine faults with customers in a professional and courteous manner, advising the customer on all aspects of the service call.
- Improving and maintaining customer relationships to ensure customer retention and satisfaction through ownership of problems and resolving them.
- Work with all Production Print staff to deploy national service strategies on time and within budget
You will have:
- Minimum 2 years Previous Experience in a similar role
- Qualification required - tertiary qualification highly desirable
- Previous Experience in a similar role
- Amazing customer service
- Ability to work in high pressure environment
- Strong technical ability and knowledge
- A desire to learn
