About the role:
As the Production Team Leader you will support the delivery of the production schedule as measured by the business.
The key responsibilities for this role include:
- Overseeing daily operations of line 1 &2
- Train, lead and develop team of operators
- Be a role model of our behaviours and values
- Carry out problem solving on processing issues
- Complete production batch document checks, reconciliation and check cost calculations
- be proactive in following and instilling health and safety policies and procedures
- continuously looking for ways to improve our processes
About you:
You will be someone who enjoys working in a fast paced and friendly team environment. To be considered for this role, and will need to possess:
- Great hands-on skills and ability to trouble shoot mechanical issues
- Ideal to have experience in supervising a team in particular production for TGA products
- Awareness and understanding of Health & Safety requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Solid communication skills both verbal and written
- A good level of Basic Maths skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and able to motivate a team
