Your role:
As our Professional Service Manager, you will lead our small yet dedicated Professional Services team in the delivery of Digital Services & Solutions for our customers; including IT integration, interoperability and cross-modality functionality.
Providing a broad commercial & technical knowledge across all portfolios within the Medical and the Safety divisions, you will be involved in the pre-sale and services activities including supporting customer presentations, supporting implementation and growth strategies, as well as providing tender support regarding specifications related to Digital Solutions, cybersecurity and IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of marketing with commercial insights will be required as you will support and implement Go To Market strategies, marketing plans and structures for new solutions and value-added services.
In order to provide ground-breaking solutions and implement complex systems for our customers, your strong relationship management, communication skills and industry knowledge will be utilised to develop and promote the growth of Professional Services and Digital Solutions as will your ability to ensure the internal organisation is fit for purpose as our markets continue towards connectivity and digitalisation.

Your strong leadership and commercial capabilities, advanced presentation and communication skills together with an ability to build strong cross functional relationships will be paramount to your success in this position.
Being technically minded, with experience within the medical or safety industries, you will be a passionate and motivated individual with field service, systems engineering or product management experience.

In this position you enjoy travelling throughout Australia and New Zealand for approximately 50% of your time, therefore the location of the successful candidate within Australia will be flexible.
