Our client, a reputable Australian brand is searching for two Program Coordinators with financials, procurement and governance experience coordinating a high-profile program. This technology-based program must be planned, executed and evaluated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure adherence of Projects and Programs to organisational policies, procedures, and governance frameworks through all stages
- Accurate financial management, invoicing, actuals
- Reporting of the projects and the program
- Maintain a program view of resource requirements
- Collate and analyse data to track program progress and portfolio performance metrics
- Manage the creation and review of Program-level meeting packs. Document meeting discussions, action items, and decisions, ensuring accuracy
- Ensure project management tools and repositories support the accurate capture and reporting of project metric information
- Manage the procurement process, including the placement of purchase orders, vendor contracts, and commercial documentation, while ensuring adherence to organisational policies and procedures.
- Support the Program Manager with administrative assistance as required.
Essential:
- Governance
- PMO experience (4 years for senior and 2 years for junior)
- Financial management

- Developing complex formula, advanced excel
- Preparing portfolio metrics, dashboards, presentations
- Procurement
- IT projects
- Agile and Waterfall exp
- Jira
- Waterfall and Agile experience
- Ariba and SAP (Highly preferred)
