Bluefin is partnering with an enterprise client who is seeking an experienced Program Coordinator to join a large IT program on a 12-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity to join an established team with an excellent culture and a fully funded pipeline of interesting technology focused projects.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years' experience as a Program Coordinator working on end-to-end program administration, including preparing, implementing, monitoring, and updating project plans and status reports.
- Schedule and arrange external and internal meetings and prepare agendas, papers and minutes.
- Run regular internal meetings and manage team actions and follow-ups.
- Experience with SAP financials is highly regarded.
- Develop and coordinate multiple projects operating in parallel across different work streams.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work within a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
This is an initial 12-month contract opportunity with a strong chance of extension due to the large pipeline of work. This opportunity is in Bella Vista and requires on site attendance twice weekly. This is a daily rate contract role paying between $700-800 daily. Interviews will commence this week, and an immediate start is available. No background checks are required.
