Our client is seeking a talented and motivated Program Coordinator play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of a major ERP Program of work. You will collaborate with various teams and assist in project planning and execution, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Key Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Assist the Program Manager in the management and reporting on Program budgets and expenditure,
- Assist in the collation and co-ordination of critical forecasting, tracking and reporting of the Digital program investments to inform corporate obligations and submission to the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) and other government and stakeholder groups.
- Coordinate the end-to-end onboarding and off-boarding of resources into the Digital Program.
- Support the engagement of external Delivery Partners into the Digital Program and establish control processes to ensure adherence to agreed terms or engagement.
- Provide administrative support to the Program Transformation Management Office to ensure the enablement of critical program activities, of an operational and delivery nature.
Essential Criteria: To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Only Brisbane based candidates will be considered for this role
- Demonstrated experience in financial reporting and budgeting processes, and the preparation of stakeholder reports detailing the portfolio and program health and supported by analysis and customer focused explanations of challenges, risks and benefits realisation.
- Knowledge and experience in program, project management and delivery methodologies demonstrating skills of delivering successful outcomes meeting governance and compliance
- Significant demonstrated experience in analysing and modelling complex project financials, interpreting results, drawing meaningful conclusions and producing quality reports
- Proven experience in providing support to management, with a talent for prioritising work and multitasking in a dynamic enterprise IT environment.
- Advanced skills and experience in using the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint.
- A high-level understanding of project management processes and methodologies.
- Demonstrated ability to construct and maintain project-related documents, including financial documentation.
