As Program Coordinator (Talent Initiatives), you'll play a crucial role in our team, collaborating to deliver strategic talent management initiatives. Support the design and implementation of workforce programs across various areas, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and leadership development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate operational activities to support team members in achieving their goals.
  • Contribute to projects dedicated to modern workforce solutions, championin inclusive recruitment practices and talent management.
  • Harness the power of data analysis to uncover trends and insights, informing organisational reporting and strategic decision-making.
  • Expertly handle talent management enquiries with finesse, demonstrating adept problem-solving and unwavering stakeholder support.
