About the role
Embark on an exciting transformation journey with us as we redefine the delivery of legal services for our clients. A pivotal project within our program involves the introduction of a new, cloud-based, adaptive Case Management System. This system will underpin re-imagined client-centric legal processes.
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to spearhead our project team, overseeing every facet of the implementation journey, from design to launch and beyond! Join us in shaping the future of legal services.
Key responsibilities:
Implementation Planning: Own a comprehensive plan, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
- Manage project scope, deliverables, and identify risks, issues, and dependencies with mitigation strategies.
Team Leadership and Collaboration: - Lead a cross-functional team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Lead Agile ways of working, providing guidance and support to team members through agile methods, tools and ceremonies
Requirements Analysis and Solution Design: Coordinate business analyst and product teams for backlog management, sprint planning. Collaborate with technical leads for non-functional requirements and solution design.
Implementation and Deployment: Oversee execution, managing scope, timeline and budget. Collaborate with technical teams on data migration, guide test management and facilitate communication among stakeholders.
Vendor Management: Establish strong relationships with platform vendors, ensuring clear communication and adherence to timelines.
Governance: Lead preparation of status reports and steerco materials. Report on risks, issues, dependencies, budget, and timeline.
You’ll be great for this role if you have –
Proven extensive experience overseeing large-scale, complex system implementation projects. Ideal fit would be experience in case management/CRM platforms.
High proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
In-depth knowledge and application of both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Demonstrated leadership capability and exceptional team management skills.
Robust analytical and problem-solving acumen, committed to data-driven decisions.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Extensive experience in vendor management, including negotiation, management of SLAs and meticulous contract oversight
Demonstrated strong organisational and time management skills.
