We are currently growing our inspection capabilities and are on the path to obtaining NATA accreditation in calibrations and NDT. We are seeking a skilled Technical Coordinator to play a pivotal role in supporting our inspection team as we expand and enhance our capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- NATA Accreditation Journey:
- Collaborate with our team as we work towards achieving NATA accreditation in calibrations and NDT.
- Ensure compliance with NATA standards and requirements, actively participating in the accreditation process.
- Equipment Excellence:
- Manage the schedule for equipment recertifications and calibrations, ensuring alignment with industry standards.
- Forge strong relationships with external vendors to facilitate efficient and accurate equipment maintenance.
- Maintain meticulous records of equipment recertification and calibration results.
- ISO 9001 Commitment:
- Support our commitment to quality by adhering to ISO 9001 quality management system standards.
- Contribute to document control, record keeping, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Engage in internal and external audits, strengthening our dedication to ISO 9001 compliance.
- Data-Driven Performance:
- Develop and maintain robust systems for data tracking related to inspection activities and equipment performance.
- Generate insightful reports and performance metrics to inform management decisions and enhance client satisfaction.
- Utilize data analysis to identify trends, areas for improvement, and provide valuable recommendations.
Qualifications:
- A relevant technical diploma or equivalent work experience.
- Familiarity with NATA accreditation processes and standards, or a strong willingness to learn and actively contribute.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management system standards.
- Experience in managing equipment recertifications and calibrations within the oil and gas industry.
- Proficiency in data tracking and reporting tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
