About the opportunity Reporting to the National Manager, the Program Manager will be responsible for leading teams in the Northern Sydney, Central Coast, Ipswich and Logan employment areas.

Your team of 5 direct reports and 15-20 staff, made up of Team Leaders, Job Coaches, Recruitment Advisors, and PPS Consultants will look to you to provide clear direction and support that will allow us to meet the needs of their clients and achieve their overall key performance indicators. You will use your existing Employment Services knowledge to provide strong and effective leadership, fostering a high-performance culture which focuses on supporting participants into sustained and gainful employment. About you Minimum 3 – 5 years previous experience working within the Employment Services Industry, preferably within the DES contract

Have demonstrated experience in leading high performing teams who have delivered successful results Possess outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to develop positive relationships with a diverse range of customers, employers and staff Be able to Influence, set and execute strategic plans and objectives that drive innovative and effective employment outcomes for our DES participants Establish, nurture and foster strategic partnerships with key stakeholders that build community connections and create sustainable employment opportunities Proven ability to think creatively, pursue innovative solutions, and deliver positive results within a diverse range of geographical regions Tertiary education in management, community services, employment services or related fields desirable but not essential Must hold a Driver’s license and a

Working with Children Check or relevant state equivalent (or are willing to apply for a WWCC).
