Form of workGreen Light are responsible for delivering a complex program of work to a large Federal Government Client and require a Program Manager with a strong background in delivery to join our national team.
This role is able to be remote or work from a client base location including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Canberra. So you can work from home full time with occasional travel to client site if you wish.
The Program Manager will have long background with the ability to lead, manage, coordinate and direct scope through to the delivery for several key programs/ projects.
The Program Manager will be responsible to manage the program effectively and strategically, senior stakeholders and the staff involved in the program while overseeing the delivery on an ongoing basis. The Program Manager will conduct comprehensive investigations of complex issues, prepare narrative reports, implement and monitor programs to ensure compliance with federal regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Assessing with future ventures to identify possible compliance risks.
- Contribute with the development, execution, and management of projects.
- Over 5 years of experience in Program Delivery.
- Experience in both building and maintaining complex programs. .
- Professional certifications such as PMP/Agile etc preferred.
- Ability to learn quickly and adjust to changing priorities while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to apply independent and sound business judgment to solve complex issues.
- Lead cross-functional teams to complete projects and major initiatives using judgment, experience, and leadership skills.
- Must have Baseline Federal Government Security Clearance or the ability to obtain clearance by being an Australian Citizen.
