Intereach is an NDIS Partner in the Community, delivering Local Area Coordination services through the Murrumbidgee, Loddon, Goulburn and Mallee regions.
About the Role
Local Area Coordination (LAC) services provide planning and coordination for people with a disability to maximise their choice and control over the services they receive and provide access to mainstream services.
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team in the position of Program Manager. The role will provide operational management and staff leadership to support the development of a diverse and experienced team of Local Area Coordinators.
The successful candidates will be an experienced leader with the skills to foster a service culture that promotes person centred outcomes for people with a disability. If you have a strong understanding of the issues facing people with a disability and their families and carers and are dedicated to achieving better outcomes, we would love to hear from you.
This is a full time position - 38 hours per week and can be based in Seymour.
This position has been classified under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Award as a Level 6.1 with an annual salary of $102,546.08 + Superannuation + Salary Packaging.
