About the role
We are seeking a dedicated person for our Program Manager position! This role is responsible for strategically developing and managing quality client-centred service delivery.
You will provide support to team leaders, case workers and youth workers (in line with service / programs org structure) across all accommodation Youth Services located and ran in Perth and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include
- Maintaining effective communication, consistency in service provision, and targeted holistic case management and support for young people across all services
- Ensuring service delivery aligns to all aspects of the Youth Services model of care, Journey to Independence
- Leading and ensuring services are inclusive, accessible, and responsive for our diverse clients
- Managing services in accordance with funding body or contractual requirements and guidelines and service standards
- Ensuring voice of client is heard in planning, service design and continuous quality improvement activities
- Building, maintaining and evaluating collaborative relationships with external and internal partners
- Maintaining a positive, inclusive and constructive culture
This is a Permanent, Full-Time position, based in Perth, WA Salary and conditions are in accordance with the SCHADS Level 7 award.
You will have
- Degree qualification in social work, welfare, community development or related field
- Demonstrated high level of sector knowledge and skills attained through previous appointments, service and study/development
- 5+ years experience in leading and supervising staff
- Working with Children Check
- Valid Driver Licence
