They are seeking an experienced Program Officer to support the day-to-day co-ordination and operation of the business unit on a 3-month contract to start ASAP based in Gladesville!

The Job…..Reporting through to a Team Leader, in this role you will be responsible for:
  • Managing the administration of complex hearings, actions and performance assessments.
  • Managing a caseload of clients, ensuring they are kept informed and responding to any enquiries they may have.
  • Assist with coordinating processes and monitoring the progress of complaints to ensure their efficient and effective management in line with legislation and business unit policies.
  • Preparation of written briefs, correspondence and other documentation required to facilitate decision making and/or to pass on information to relevant stakeholders.
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure outcomes and actions are handed over the correct teams.
  • Responding to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders in a timely manner.
  • Assist with research, retrieval and collation of data and participate in the development and improvement of business unit procedures and process.
You…..
  • Minimum 12 months experience working within a project or program setting.
  • Knowledge in Healthcare, Medical Services or Legal sectors would be beneficial.
  • Previous experience managing a caseload within a complex or sensitive environment would be advantageous.
  • Ability to work across multiple systems simultaneously.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to stay focused in a busy, fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
