The Role
The Administration Officer will provide administrative and operational support for the TargetingQuality Program (TQP) team. This includes implementing and monitoring project plans, milestones, and deliverables in line with approved program and project plans. This role will also coordinate project activities to support program and project management delivery.
This role is Part-time (20 hrs/week) on a Fixed term contract (24 months) at ACECQA Band 4 ($83,748 to $96,201).
About You
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Demonstrated high level experience in providing administrative, operational and project delivery including the ability to manage competing demands and deadlines.
- Demonstrated experience developing, reviewing, and implementing administrative processes that contribute to process improvement.
- Demonstrated high level experience and ability to prepare and communicate information clearly and professionally for a range of audiences.
- High level computer literacy including Microsoft 365 suite of programs and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Demonstrated experience and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, including providing guidance and support to colleagues, and develop productive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to perform basic research and analysis to inform decision making and to prepare accurate information and maintain effective record keeping practices.
- Willingness and ability to undertake travel as required.
