The role
As a key team member, you will be pivotal in supporting the Australian Teletrial Program National Office (ATP NO). Your role involves efficiently managing administrative tasks, coordinating essential committee meetings, handling financial processes, and contributing to high-quality presentations and reports. Additionally, you will play a part in organizing face-to-face national meetings and establishing positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders. This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the success of the Australian Teletrial Program through your expertise in research administration support.
The successful person
As our Program Officer, you will have demonstrated:
- Ability in providing research administration support for large projects
- Proven ability to organise, prioritise and complete tasks efficiently, accurately and within timeframes.
- Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to maintain productive professional relationships
- Strong computer literacy skills e.g. Microsoft Office programs.
- Work autonomously and utilise discretion in the absence of decision makers
