The Role/Responsibilities:

  • Provide general administration support to Project Managers and site teams. Including but not limited to sending purchase orders, coordinating inductions, preparing, and submitting site WHS documentation. Addressing inquiries regarding project information.
  • Preparing, maintaining, filing of all client and project documentation. Including contracts, WHS and end of project documentation.
  • Preparing project documentation folders for site teams.
  • Internal IT system champion. Setting up, monitoring/tracking, budget checks and reporting projects using Nexvia internal software.
  • Liaise with all relevant stakeholders to lodge and follow through the necessary external certifications/approvals/applications required for projects.
  • Support CEO and leadership team with general administration tasks such as drafting and formatting documents.
  • Review and maintain all company insurances, licenses and compliance.

To Be Successful You Must Have:

  • Previous experience in the construction industry and in similar role.
  • Knowledge of construction project management systems and processes.
  • Advanced computer and systems literacy skills.
  • Previous experience with project certification and approvals is preferred but not essential.
  • Outstanding Attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Be self-motivated with the demonstrated ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong people skills and be experienced in managing relationships with a variety of stakeholders and delivering client satisfaction.
