As an integral member of the KE-ZU team you will be working alongside a group of professionals of one of the leading furniture suppliers for the Australian contract market for the past 30 years.

It is essential you have at least 3 years experience in a similar role as a Project Administrator and ideally with design and specification experience. Formal qualifications in Project Management are essential and Business or Management degrees/certificates will be advantageous to applicants.
The role includes but is not limited to:
Liaising with all project stakeholders (Project Managers, Contract Administrators, Builders, Site Managers, Contractors, Subcontractors, clients and associated parties) to ensure project objectives are achieved in accordance with the project program
Scheduling all projects, breaking projects into tasks and setting up time frames and reporting to Managers on the progress
Liaising with clients and responding to their enquires about their projects
Quality control of all projects including quality of materials to ensure compliance with the client's specifications
Evaluation of all processes surrounding construction of furniture in given environments and ensuring transparency in communication between all stakeholders regarding any variations
Preparing project documentation including shop drawings, scope of work and floor plan for handover of the project to installation team
Provision of essential project details to the Logistics Manager, Project Manager and Financial Controller
Negotiation with contractors, subcontractors and vendors re orders and delivery dates to ensure project requirements and deadlines are met
Coordinating financial data on the projects including pro-forma invoices and deposit requests
Assist projects delivery and installation teams with site requirements
Scheduling meetings with operation team and assigning project deliverables (dates, tasks and deadlines)
Assessing project risk:
Identifying risks (Arrival of overseas container, stock availability of local suppliers, labour availability, labour quality, time constraints)
Prioritizing risk impact
There are the usual skills required for the position like Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel are critical. English both written and spoken is essential in harnessing your negotiation skills with designers and project managers.
Location: our office/ showroom with underground car parking located in Alexandria and we offer great working conditions and pride ourselves in our flexibility. This role is an in-house office position.
