About the role:
Providing administrative support to the Mortlake BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) project, this role is key to the project team. Assist in the effective and safe management of the project through efficient and transparent administrative support.
Why this role matters?
- Using project experience to provide consistent and seamless administrative support.
- Coordinate workshops and meetings, including minutes, managing travel and chasing actions.
- Manage receipting and minor purchases.
- Facilitate and collate materials for reports.
- Coordinate inductions, capturing relevant qualifications and high-risk work licences.
- Ad hoc data entry and other administrative tasks as required.
What will you bring?
- An ability to move efficiently between tasks and ensuing they are completed in a timely manner to support the overall project.
- The ability to remain solutions focussed in a changing and challenging environment.
- A commitment to safety and the ability to raise concerns when this might be compromised.
- Based in our Melbourne office, this position requires occasional overnight site visits to the Mortlake project site.
- Successful candidates will be required to participate in medical, reference and accreditation checks.
- Advanced knowledge of SAP and Microsoft suite, as well as experience with Sharepoint and Clarity.
