What's on offer?
We are seeking a suitably skilled Project Administrator to join the Coomera Connector project based in Helensvale. This significant project will change how Gold Coast residents get around and improve journeys between the growing communities. It will also mean more reliable travel times between Brisbane and the Gold Coast by alleviating congestion by removing up to 60,000 local trips a day from the M1 Pacific Motorway. To be successful, we are seeking a person with the following:
- An understanding of basic financial principles like costs and accruals.
- An understanding of agreed payment terms for Accounts Payables and the implications of breaching these on cashflow, and project compliance risk.
- Knows how cost entry and accruals works, and how they are presented at EOM.
- Is able to interpret supplier invoices and reconcile statements accordingly.
- Ability to liaise with Subcontractors on basic queries and maintain necessary administration processes associated with Subcontractor management.
