SalaryMigration Services t/a Pacific Center is looking for a full time Project administrator to join our team in Manly NSW. You must be able to communicate fluently in English and Portuguese and has basic knowledge of Spanish and/or Polish language.
To be considered for this role, the candidate must be able to work well independently or in a team in a fast-paced environment.
Position tasks:
- Develop and review projects related to the organisation programs
- Negotiate various contract with service providers
- Respond to inquiries
- Resolve problems concerning services provided and persons affected
- Responsible for time-wise delivery of projects of the organisation
- Manage paperwork associated with programs and services provided
- Work with business professionals, the owners and other third parties
- Ensure that project and the organisation goals are met within timeframes
- Advise senior management on matters requiring attention and is responsible for implementation of business decisions
- Oversee work of contractors and reports on variations to work orders
- Prepare and review reports concerning the organisation's activities
- Collect and analyses data associated with projects undertaken, and reports on the outcomes
- Arrange new office accommodation
- Assisting with various administration tasks associated with keeping accurate records and documentation
- Collaborates with Registered Migration Agents
- Experience in business development and project management
- Experience from international education industry
- Must have proven knowledge of the Australian, Canadian and USA educational systems
- Sound knowledge of and experience in the Australian education sector
- IT literate in word and excel processing, knowledge of databases and social media applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including interpersonal skills
