As a FIFO/DIDO Project Administrator, you will support a critical power project in Dalby.A cross-functional site-based role with plenty of variety.
THE ROLE
Our Power Projects team is currently working on several significant projects and is looking for an experienced Project Administrator to join our team in Queensland. The position will be based in Brisbane, and you will support the delivery of a critical transmission line project in the Dalby area for the remaining three months of the project. After that, you will work from our Brisbane office.
This role will require FIFO or DIDO on a 21:8 roster with LAHA. You will work closely with the Project Director and Frontline leaders as part of a larger team, providing practical administration support to the project site team while working autonomously.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate project travel requests (flights, accommodation, etc) with our travel agent.
- Timesheet data entry, ensuring accuracy and timely approvals. Manage purchase orders, invoices, and receipts.
- Manage payroll queries for employees on site, raise tickets with the Business Service Centre, and liaise with HR to ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate our blue-collar workforce and staff personnel in accordance with project requirements.
- Oversee roster management, ensuring the roster accuracy is maintained.
ABOUT YOU
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proven administration experience within a medium to large organisation, ideally gained from within construction or heavy industry.
- Experience in efficient and accurate processing of high-volume documentation and data entry.
- Strong software proficiency, specifically with MS Suite
- Team-focused with the ability to work autonomously.
