GR Production Services is a division of GR Engineering Services (ASX: GNG).
Due to operational changes, GRPS requires a Project Administrator to join our team and be based in a Chinchilla office.
The team is an easy going, respectful team that work hard, support and assist each other in anyway required and are looking for someone similar to join them to assist on various projects.
What we are looking for:
- Someone with previous Project Administration experience – Oil & Gas projects would be an advantage but not essential.
- Previous Procurement experience an advantage.
- Booking of flights, accommodation and training for FIFO workers and advantage
- Flexible approach and self-motivated as there will be times you will be solo in the office.
- A “can do” attitude.
- Team player mentality
- Strong communications skills
- Excellent OSHE standards
- Use of SAP, MEX or similar systems would be great, but training can be provided.
- Forklift Licence would be advantageous for deliveries.
