Outline of the position:
Tracking, forecasting, analyzing and reporting on project metrics and shortfalls for budgets, timeline and resourcing; Preparing project documentation such as progress reports, tender documents, prequalification and general correspondence; Ensuring accuracy of all reports; Reviewing and planning contract obligations to assist PM's with adherence thereof; Organizing project activities such as meetings, onboarding and document preparation; Travel arrangements; Managing invoicing, progress claims, variations etc; Participating in improvement activities; Maintaining up to date info on budgets, resourcing etc; Supporting the development of proposals and relevant materials; Manage HSE requirements.
About you:
Previous experience in a project support related position. Open to industry background.
Ability to work 5 days in the Perth office in the CBD
High level of professionalism in communication as you will have many stakeholders you will be dealing with.
