About the role
The ideal person for this role will be a Project Administrator with experience of day-to-day project administration duties. The compiling, management, maintenance and scheduling of documentation such as asset registers, inductions, clearance, licenses and other necessary compliance information is a key part of the role. This would suit someone who enjoys being organised and thorough with their processes and wants a full-time, secure role.
Skills and experience required
- 4 years plus in a similar role
- Experience in Microsoft Office D365 and other products
- Support Operations Manager with day to day tasks related to HR, Quality, OHS&E aspects of projects.
- Project Documentation, scheduling and maintenance of registers.
- Experience using Aconex is highly desired
