Our client is looking for a Senior Project Administrator. This is a senior role. This role requires the ability to do multi tasking.
The role requires the following essential skills.
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in an administrative role in the project management environment
- Experience with setting up and operating document management systems
- Experience with electronic records, document management systems, project management systems, asset and/or engineering management systems
- Expertise on project management tools and MS Office
- Coordinate and schedule meetings
- Assist in the preparation of project reports, presentations and other deliverables
- Act as a liaison between team members, stakeholders, and project managers, ensuring clear effective communication
- Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules
- Support the tracking of project budget and expenses. Assist in identifying and resolving project related issues and risks.
- Ensure the quality and accuracy of project related documentation and deliverables
- Manage and organise project documentation, ensuring version control
- Coordinate the receipt or dissemination of various reports and submissions to and from key stakeholders
- Manage document version and revision control, information security, privacy, document access and storage to ensure compliance obligations and contractual requirements
- Ensure privacy, security and confidentiality arrangements are implemented and suitable to the management of documentation for the program
