Our client is looking for a Project Administrator/ Junior Business Analyst who has experience in performing various coordinating & administrative tasks for technology related projects. You will be responsible for providing reports on project status, tracking budget, and preparing stakeholder packs.
This job will suit a Project administrator or coordinator who wants to move into a Business Analyst role later.
AU Citizens only due to security clearance| Hybris role - 2 days in office
Key Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in the administrative coordination of projects at enterprise environments
- Experience with the end-to-end project management life cycle, ie from conception to delivery & benefits realisation
- Experience in assisting with meeting minutes and key actions
- Experience in gathering requirements and communicate with users to understand gaps in software functionality
- Experienced in a challenging and fast-paced environment
- Solid working knowledge of the Microsoft Office products suite, including Excel, Powerpoint, Sharepoint, Teams
- Working knowledge of project management software
- Proven ability to understand & communicate technical concepts
- Experienced in stakeholder management and balancing conflicting priorities
- Certification in an established project management and/or business analysis methodology highly preferred.
- Experience in attending AGILE ceremony.
