An opportunity to join one of Australia's leading electrical & mechanical contractors has become available. This privately owned Australian business is well respected nationally for delivering value, quality and innovation across landmark projects to their clients for over 50 years.
Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Coordinate administration tasks to ensure designs, letters, variations notices and project documents are reviewed and responded to within project timelines.
- Provide project administrative support to the Project Manager and the team.
- Provide high quality administrative support to the team through coordinating payroll, invoicing, timesheets, and monthly claims.
- Ensure each project is set-up in an efficient manner using forms, registers, reports and databases and where possible implementing new processes to improve efficiencies.
- Administration of internal safety processes
- Monitoring correspondence and ensuring the coordination of on time responses.
- Administering and managing tracking tools.
- Monitor daily/weekly/monthly objectives, taking appropriate steps should they fall short of target, and reporting on performance.
- Monitor and review communications/correspondence tracker.
