Project Architect & Architect

Due to recent growth and exciting new prospects, we are seeking both a Project Architect & Architect to join our practice. The successful candidate will work closely with our director to develop, manage and deliver architectural projects, producing concept to construction documentation and liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders.

What you’ll need to succeed:

• 5+ years’ relevant experience and proficiency in Revit for Project Architect role
• 3+ years’ relevant experience for Architect and Technician  role 
• A design focus with experience in construction detailing and timely resolution
• A strong understanding of construction methodologies, building materials and statutory regulations
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail at every stage of a project
• The ability and willingness to work autonomously or as part of a team
• Self-motivation with a commitment to meeting deadlines 
• To be a good fit for our close-knit, energetic and creative team
• Commitment and willingness to learn and develop
• Experience with SketchUp, Lumion, Autocad and Enscape will be an advantage.
