- Review of shop drawings (architect/designer documentation) against actual site audit conditions and development of the documentation to suit the site conditions, whilst maintaining the design concept
- Layout review, concept design and documentation
- Review the standard design documentation details of individual projects
- Co-ordinate any design related issues during the project construction period
- Participate in weekly teleconferences with the client once the projects are up
- Building related degree
- Strong demonstrated history as Contract Administrator in Tier 1 or 2 (local) companies
- Right to work in Australia
